This Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use of the website, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, govern access to and use of this website.

By simply accessing the website, the visitor becomes a User of the website (hereinafter, "the User") and fully accepts this Legal Notice and its General Conditions of Use. If you do not fully agree, you must immediately leave the website without using it.

2. Purpose of the Website

This website presents the Beyond Sky and Sea event, taking place on 26 September 2026 in Barcelona, and enables:

  • Information on the line-up, artists, venue, and schedule;
  • Online sale of tickets granting access to the event;
  • Newsletter sign-up and creation of a user account;
  • Any other ancillary service made available through the website.

The website aims to promote the activities carried out by Beyond Sky and Sea and the services it sells. Unless otherwise stated, the information contained on the website is provided for promotional purposes only, or, where applicable, constitutes a mere invitation to contract, and in no way constitutes a binding offer.

3. Conditions of Use

The User undertakes to use the website, and all its content and services, in accordance with the law, public order, good faith, and this Legal Notice. In particular, the User agrees not to:

  • Use the website's services or content to carry out illegal or criminal activities, or activities that infringe the rights of third parties or breach applicable regulations;
  • Transmit, upload, or disseminate any material or information (data, content, messages, images, sound files, software, etc.) that is contrary to the law, public order, morality, or this Legal Notice;

This website is intended for individuals of legal age. If Beyond Sky and Sea becomes aware that a User is a minor, it will promptly delete their personal data and suspend access to any service to which they have been granted access.

The website may display advertising and promotional content from Beyond Sky and Sea and from third-party partners and sponsors that we consider may be of interest to Users. Except as otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy, Beyond Sky and Sea does not share Users' personal data with advertisers or sponsors. 10. Severability

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain) shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
